I actually use this topically for rosacea, since the human prescription ivermectin cream "Soolantra" is $100 a tube. This horse paste makes your face look greasy and shiny though, so I typically wash it off before I see people. I figure at least a couple hours on the skin is enough to do some good.

Ivermectin is literally Nobel Prize material. Of course it is effective against parasites, but not for you-know-what.

Just a reminder, Ivermectin is even related to avermectin which won a Nobel Prize. But, be advised, it is only proven to be effective against parasites (admins, did I stay on topic?)
