B&M Dreame Stores are currently having a sale on the L40 Ultra. If you purchase a second item, you get 15% off your entire order. The cheapest add on would be the Dreame Hair Dryer Glory. They also offer two promotional gifts: 1L of the floor cleaner and the tricut brush.
I did not want to lug the vacuum so I asked them to ship it to my house and they were fine with that. I was able to take the promotional items home.
Notes on Warranty:
The sales associates told me that the physical stores provide 3 years of warranty. I currently have a Dreame vacuum and it only shows 1 year on the app. However, I did notice the 3 years language updated on the website here:

Personal Anecdote:
I prefer the L40's performance and features to that of the Qrevo Curv and returned the Qrevo Curv after ~1 month of in home use.

That stated, the YT consensus is that the L40 and X40 are extremely close in performance and features. Here are two videos RE that:

My own research shows that the Mova P10 Ultra / P50 Pro Ultra is basically a L40 with less / some improved features. For example, no mop drop with the P10 Ultra and the P50 Pro Ultra has more suction and higher water temps.
The best Roborock alternative in its class imo is the Roborock Qrevo Curv / Edge. I returned the Qrevo because it had some issues with obstacle avoidance and I would find the robot stuck a few too many times--roughly the same amount as my 6 year old Roborock S5 Max, even. I am extremely tidy, there are never any tangling cords, clothes, etc on my floors --the Curv just kept getting stuck on chairs and unconventionally shaped furniture. To date, my L40 has been able to complete every single clean up with no issues.
But I still like Roborock. I am very interested in the Saros lineup. I wanted a Saros 10R in white. Unfortunately, they only offer white/silver for the Saros 10, and I didn't want the soon-to-be-obsolete vibrating mop and the Saros 10 does not have ToF. Until then, happy with having a second L40 Ultra to tide me over.
And at this price, and with a 3 year warranty to resolve any potential QC issues, this is a no brainer. A similarly featured Roborock is in the $1000 price range currently.
Anyway,
My OTD price was $475.76 with the L40, the hair dryer, extra brush, cleaning solution, and a gift of your choice (coffee set, tumbler, water bottle? or a scent diffuser/candle set).
Thanks OP.
