House of Fata Morgana is on sale. Since it's release in 2019 it's only ever been on sale twice. it's a visual novel that very few people have ever heard of, but the ones that have played it swear it's good
Civ 6 is almost 8 years old at this point and you don't get any of the DLC/expansions for the $3. I think a newcomer would enjoy what they got for $3, but I do think Gathering Storm and Rise and Fall flesh out the game. It feels kind of shallow playing without them now.

Whether or not that total package is worth the 8x cost is not something I can speak on though, it does seem pretty nice at first glance and probably not going to go much lower in the short or medium term anyway.
Is civ similar to ages of empire from back in the days?
No. Age of empires is real time strategy. Civ is turn based. Think like a board game similar to axis and allies. You move all of your units on your turn. Then it's the A.I. s turn to move all of theirs.

Ratings everywhere are stellar.
So I bought it.
They had me at "turn based".
