Just got one, along with the Sub and 2 ERA 100s. All in price was the best I've seen.

Anyone know where to access the accessories discount code? Will that come in the box when it is delivered?

Might have to do with Sonos' current crappy customer support regarding a software update that screwed everyone. Except me as i didn't update yet 😙

I've now read a lot about the update. This may be the worst I've ever heard about. I've been looking at Sonos forever as I have a house that is wired for speakers in lots of rooms and I have been looking at whole home solutions. Sonos seemed to be that answer. This has me questioning that. Didn't cancel my order but will be following the app update. I get it now.

Definitely a sh!t show right now. After the Sonos app update I lost access to my local music library. Made my speakers paperweights. Sonos provided no warning or way to roll back to an earlier version. It was the worst update I have ever seen, it was apparently rushed out to support Sonos headphones that nobody wants. Sonos was tone deaf to user needs and wants. Now it's a waiting game for them to fix the app. It's been six weeks and only minor changes so far. I did find a 3rd party app (SonoPhone)for $3.00 that gave me my local music back. Despite really liking Sonos, it may be advisable to wait until they fix their crap app.

ugh, sorry to hear about these issues, but I'm glad I did before making the purchase. Pretty sad that a huge company like Sonos can't employ a good QA department. I was telling EVERYONE to go with Sonos, but after seeing a lot of comments saying "I WILL NEVER BUY SONOS AGAIN," I'll go ahead and side with them. I guess I'll keep on the lookout of one of those Samsung deals to pop up again. Sounds like those are solid if you upgrade the Sub. Good luck guys

I didn't realize so many were having issues with their Sonos. I updated just fine and everything still works as it should for me. I only use it for HT and playing my iTunes library from my phone and tablet though so YMMV.

Sonos Arc sounds pretty bad compare to bose 900, sony HT A5000, and samsung Q990C. I have owned all 4 before.

The bass and surround is making up for the weak sound bar. However, sonos and sony had zero issues while I had them.

Samsung Q990C sounds the best w/ minor issue high pitch noise when switching source in netflix. I kept this.

Bose 900 sounds pretty awesome but soundbar goes no sound after few week and could not get it fixed w/ various settings.
