For anyone with an ARM-based MAC (M1, M2, M3) this dock does not support dual monitor setup (https://www.belkin.com/in/support...Num=317939):
Quote :
Due to the chipset included in the new M1, M2, and M3 Mac computers, they are unable to support dual "extended" external monitors through their Thunderbolt 3 ports. While you can still use a Thunderbolt 3 dock with the new M1, M2, and M3 line of Mac computers to charge your laptop and gain USB, ethernet, and audio connections, you will only be able to use a single monitor while connected to these docks. This is not a limitation of the Belkin Thunderbolt 3 docks but of the Thunderbolt 3 ports on the new M1, M2, and M3-based Mac. This limitation is not present on Intel-based Mac computers.

Great deal for a Thunderbolt dock, if you need the speeds. I'm kinda shuffling along on a USB-C hub (for two external HDMI 1080p monitors & power delivery) with a USB-A 3.0 7-port hub plugged into it. Not pretty, but it gets the job done.

If you have two 4k monitors you need to run at 60hz, you would likely need something like this (as opposed to my setup).

Bad coil whine on this. Went through 3 units in the past before giving up on it and buying a different dock. Reviews on Amazon and Belkin mention the same. Would not recommend if your ears can hear high frequencies.

For those who want dual display look for something that has displaylink like the d6000 docks, they aren't cheap, but they do what they need to well

This an awesome deal. Stick it to the back of any monitor and make it thunderbolt enabled, with the added bonus of a Ethernet port, which TB monitors rarely have.
Edit: maybe the TB cable is a bit too short to monitor mount it, but still an awesome deal.

There is no USB-C output, not worth it.

That's weird cause the dock I had (different brand/model) I got before the M1 macs were even released and it still worked fine.

Does that different dock have DisplayLink?

Which Mac are you getting 2+ monitors with / out of?

These things are horrifically buggy and unreliable. I went through three returns for them before giving up. The last one would work fine for a few minutes and then started flooding my network with weird packets and killing all network traffic.
