You can double check the airlines website for their personal item dimensions. Looks like the bag falls under on all the major ones I've looked up.

Good Quality bag Briggs makes, design is simple yet practical and truly does slide easily under my seat when I'm forced to ride Coach Premimum if Business Class is booked. Olive color is not bad, but the rest of my Luggage is Navy TUMI so going to pass. This hit my alerts thus Im here now. Thanks for the post, hope others jump on it if they need the Olive color and durablitily of a good Briggs bag. Cheers

I don't try to coordinate my luggage with the lining of my pants like some of y'all. I've had the 22" olive roller for about 12 years now and it still looks and acts brand new. And only encountered one other cat with the same exact bag on any of my flights
