Was about to order. Found a nice photo I'd like a canvas of... uploaded.. selected 11x17... 11bucks... doing good... avoided all the upsells but then when it came to shipping... 40 bucks... no thanks.

I had free shipping. Go back and make sure you selected the free shipping option.

I was able to get free expedited shipping (next business day). Total was $11.87 for 11x14.

Hmm, you could try to contact their customer service (top of the page). Could be a glitch/error because I see 3 free shipping options at checkout. Sorry it didn't work for you, maybe their CS can help resolve it.
