I became disappointed in Anker recently after buying another 20Ah model(with built-in USB-C cable). It only enough to charge my Pixel 7 Pro 2 times, showing 64% after 1st full charge and 20% after 2nd.

Pixel battery is 5000 mAh.
2 Charges is 10000 mAh.
Lets assume 65% energy transfer efficiency since these things are never 1:1 charging rate, so 10000/.65 is 15385 mAh needed to charge your phone twice, assuming you aren't using your phone at all during charging.
14285/20000 is 77% of the battery used to charge your phone twice. That seems about right. There's nothing wrong with the advertised capacity of this power bank.
