The MSRP was over $1000 (ha!) but these firepits, especially the ones with the tank hidden below, usually start at $250.

Can these type of fire pits use glass instead of lava rocks? The manual doesn't say you can't. Years ago I had an older style propane fire pit without the metal ring and it explicitly said lava rocks only.

Edit: Mine shipped. Ordered 9:06am, marked as shipped at 12:44pm. 204 available when I ordered, 176 currently.

I did the support to see what happened. They said my payment didn't process correctly. Placed another order and she said it went through. Got shipping email about 2 hours later.
