Just be careful if the chairs are in the sun. People say the metal arms get extremely hot.

I had a similar set before and these are very uncomfortable for sit on. The primary reason is the depth is too short with the back cushions. The backrest frame is also straight at 90 degrees so you'll need a lumbar pillow which further reduces the depth of the sitting area. I'd avoid this if you enjoy sitting outside for more than an hour.

Speaking solely on price and what you get for it, this is a great deal. I purchased a completely different set off Wayfair last year with a fire pit nearly identical to this (may be the same one honestly) that I sold on FB market for $450 quite easily. It runs for $600 if purchased separately. I can't say for certain this is the same exact fire pit but there's a very good chance it is since most of these items are just rebranded sets/tables/etc. from china.

The individual items are different than the set (this is most obvious by looking at the back design of the love seat). With that said, they are almost identical and close enough
