Three C's shows that this is the lowest price since 2018-2019 for this SDS Plus model. Please note that this is a pro-grade heavy duty corded power tool, NOT the more portable, but lower powered 18V model like Lowes has on sale [lowes.com] (in store only $149).
Rotary hammers make quick work of drilling into concrete, masonry, brick, etc. with bits sized 1/8" to 1" and also make linoleum and tile removal amazingly easy. There are even SDS bits for driving ground rods, SDS Plus drill bits, chisels, and scrapers are readily available from everywhere that sells tools, but not directly compatible with 1/4" hex shanks, 7-Splines, or SDS Max bits. There are tool-less 3-jaw chucks [amazon.com] available. During operation, periodically dip the SDS bit in cold water to keep it cool and greatly extend its life.
