Forgot to ask: If I use Target RedCard to pay for it, would I still get the $10 Target Circle reward since we normally don't earn the regular 1% Target circle reward when using RedCard. Do I need to pay with a non-RedCard to earn this $10 Target Circle reward? Thanks!

Yes. Just worked for me.
Bought Park & Go Gift Card $100 using Target card for $95.50 + $10 Target giftcard. Had $10 bonus $90 spent. Bonus showed completed after egiftcard sent.
