0% chance this ever ships. This is probably just harvesting data. In 48 hours they will say something like "we got more submission than expected so we won't send you chocolate. But as an apology here is a coupon for 10% off any of our amazing chocolates."

This is definitely fake. You can tell when there's only a single page for the fake site that uses assets from the real site, no links or mention of the real site (you know, where you can actually make money for the company or learn about its products), and there is no mention of a third party running the promotion (usually in the fine print or on a different page).

But I do love chocolate…

"yes we are sending out free samples of our 12 piece truffles boxes, however we have a limited quantity available. We will be randomly selecting from the list until we run out of inventory. Thank you."
