To answer your question, mostly the mopping. Q7+ is Roborock's newest budget vacuum robot. Q Revo is Roborock's most budget vacuum + mop auto dock robot. If you want to pay for a better vacuuming robot and not mopping, you go for the S8+. This advice is for Roborock in particular. The other thread has people recommending other vacuum brands that may be better value for money.

There are 3 main lines for roborock and this is highly simplified defintion
1. Q ($) - basic vacuuming capabilities
2. QRevo ($$) - basic vacuuming + mopping capabilities
3. S ($$$) - advanced vacuuming + basic mopping capabilities.
Q7 is the newest in the "Q" line and is different than the "QRevo" line completely. Q7 is worse than the QRevo, here's some rtings scores you can just look at if you'd like.

but the main difference is that the Q Revo robot can mop + has mop auto-dock features. Here's the S8 rtings just for good measure.

Here's a short rundown for model specifics:
# (the number value at the end) - bigger is more recent in that specific line.
plus (+) - includes a vacuum auto-dock
Ultra - includes a vacuum + mop auto-dock
Pro (upgraded from base model) < Max (upgraded from Pro model) < MaxV (same as Max but with vision capabilities (RGB camera)
QRevo - always includes vacuum + mop auto-dock
QRevo S (only applicable to the QRevo) - upgraded base model (The QRevo bucks the naming convention for the most part in general).
So S7 is newer than S6. The S7 is also just the robot, no auto-dock. The S7+ is the robot WITH VACUUM AUTO-DOCK. The S7 Max Ultra is the robot with vacuum AND MOPPING AUTO-DOCK. The QRevo. The S8+, even though is in the line that is more expensive than the QRevo line, does not have a mop auto-dock. You need to do the S8 Pro/Max/MaxV Ultra to get mopping capabilities.
