multiple complaints of poor customer service. not a great sign when you're buying a big ticket item from a small business

The Good:
Motor/electrics are good (except my son charged the battery below freezing and kind of killed it)
Frame is solid
Very fast! With pedaling, I've had it up to 38 mph on flat straight roads (and I'm not a small guy)
Has a pedal assist mode, just in case some areas don't allow straight throttling.
The Bad:
Tires don't like to keep seated on the wheels. Plan on replacing.
Tubes are the cheapest tubes ever and will get a hole if you even think of a thorn. Plan on replacing.
Headlight and front fender only had one tiny bolt/nut that came off almost immediately
Kickstand stayed on for a while but then unseated itself... probably just needs thread lock.
We do some off road riding and I will definitely pay the extra for full suspension.
It's heavy (76 lbs)
