As mentioned in my initial post, I'd personally recommend the combo at ~$405 for the 13900kf paired with the ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-H Gaming (WiFi 6E) or ASUS ROG Strix Z690-E Gaming WiFi 6E motherboard. The itx board is $40 cheaper, but it'll be a lot more limiting. I mainly used the itx board as an example for how cheap the combo can go.

Newegg has a page explaining their policy for returning combo items: https://kb.newegg.com/knowledge-b...ombo-item/

In summary, if you return the board for a replacement (if for example it's defective), it's fine. However, if you try to refund one of the items in a combo, the combo discount will be subtracted from your refund.
