What do y'all think of this price point? Haven't seen a better price point yet on the 6800 XT. Note card is very big and some reviews on loud coil whine.

Purchased mine used and sold it 3 months later, confirm coil whine. It also enjoys eating electricity ~ 300 watts. Size wise, it's huge. Past 6800 XT sales have been as low as $410.

I assume it's around 3080-level performance (worse RT) for $429. Not too bad, but not that great. GPU prices could be much lower.

You can always set a power limit. I run my RTX 3090 at around 270W, reduced from 350W.

One of the worst card released in recent time lol. Only slightly better overall performance over the 3060ti, too expensive for what it offers, and not powerful enough to put, the only redeeming feature in my opinion, the 16gb to good use

Avoid Fennec unless you don't want a warranty. They are not a Authorized reseller via XFX.

I was just going to say this. Warranty will not be honored, they are not an authorized dealer.

I don't usually post deals from this site since the cards come in and out of stock with not many being available. Also, the warranty is only 30 days for most cards. However, bitworks.io is an authorized Sapphire reseller and has the 6800 xt for $330 shipped on a semi regular basis. 2 cards are in stock atm. 6900xt and 6950xt's are usually available under $500. $300+ orders ship free.

People have a different appetite for risk, so a 30-day card may not be for you. It's a good deal for those who are willing.

The card you listed is refurb vs this listing which is new. Not really comparable in general. I would expect a refurb card to cost less and have a 30 day warranty. I would expect new products to have the full.

I have this same graphics card purchased from New Egg almost exactly a year ago (6/12/23,) for $519.99. Card has been great. Zero coil whine. Very sturdy card/bracket - not going to bend or feel wobbly no matter where it is in your case.

Just ordered one of the 6800 xt for $330 shipped and will report back once I get the card, but thus far the service from Brian at bitworks has been awesome. Thanks for the tip.

Turn it up and tie/beat 3090.

Also have this exact card, bought last July from Newegg. Can confirm that mine has noticeable coil whine, but I generally either have the volume turned up or a headset on when I'm gaming, so it's mostly been a non-issue.

I game at 2K and this card has been an absolute beast, although I'm not sure I'd pay $430 for it today. I paid $440 and that was nearly a year ago.

Thanks for the plug. Will def consider using them on my next GPU purchase...
