I ordered, came in, but one of the refills was missing. The 12 hour capsule that should be packaged with the unit was missing.
Called, they sent a replacement, I sent back the original. No issues with customer service.
Second one arrives, same thing! The 12 hour refill that should be packaged with the unit is missing!
Another thing that was notable, the caribiner that should be packaged in a zip top bag was outside the bag in both units.
