There're some minor improvements, but IMO none that would be noticeable in actual use. For me, if I paid the extra $30 it would be for the color choice. I was waiting for this sale on the $99 jack, but another brand aluminum/steel jack came on sale and I bought it, though it was $56 more, which is not as good value as the $99 jack but worth it to me (main thing besides a few pounds lighter is the color, I like the gray but with my eyes I'd probably trip on it using it on my asphalt driveway).

Not sure what the difference is between the professional one and the regular 3 ton low profile is but the regular one is on sale for $99.

I use this to swap my summer and winter tires on a very heavy vehicle (Tesla). Works great. The thing is super heavy and feels well built.

It's probably the brand, low profile, and RAPID pump.

Both are steel.
