On the jobsite, I've found switching bits around back and forth between multiple sizes to not be very quick or efficient.
I found this set (while being $10 more) to be FAR more efficient:

I can just grab whatever sizes I need for the day and put them in my side pouch, and can usually even swap them out into the impact without even looking down. The hollow shaft helps a lot with threaded rod as well, depth is another limitation on the first set.
I have both sets and both are useful in their own ways, but the multibit screwdriver got retired to home use pretty quick.
Both highly recommended. They also have the ratchet wrench set on sale.
Personally, I get more use out of the stubby version - the 32308HD [ebay.com] for around $20.
