In so cal OC, and I turned on the location service and still don't see the reward.

the only times i've had trouble getting these are when GPS permissions were turned off in the app (android will do this sometimes), or on an old phone with crummy gps signal. The first one is easy to fix, the second one maybe you have to go outside.

I'm not getting it either. I deleted the app and reinstalled now there's not even an option to allow location detection

After deleting and re-installing the app, you can re-enable location services by tapping the "Pickup at restaurant" button. But, still no reward. For reference, the same model iPhone as mine (iPhone 12) got the reward, but they hadn't updated the app to the newest version.

I was able to allow location detection with your instructions but still no reward. I'm using iphone 12 too. Doesn't show up in my android tablet either

Not showing up for me either as of 8:13 PM. Imma try updating my phone, then the app, then clear cache and data if that doesn't work 🤷 I'm finna just give up

If you have an iPhone with the Chick-fil-A app version 2024.10.0 (583) (Jun 3, 2024), it's not going to work. Location detection isn't working. Just tested.
Code:
App -> For You (bottom menu bar) -> Account [Gear] (top-right) -> Version number bottom-right
You'll either need to be on/downgrade to 2024.9.0, which is very hard and needs a computer to get the .ipa file and iTunes to install. Or use an Android phone to claim, works fine.

Very unfortunate. Looks like there's no other games this coming week and the Angels will be on the road. Hope they can fix it by next week.

For those of you with an iPhone and the updated app, it doesn't work as other users have said. One possible workaround is to log in on another phone with the older app. I just tried this with one of my family members who didn't updated their app.

What I don't see is that this applies on days that the Angels score 7 or more in a home game.
