Those #@ers, they just did the same thing to me and others, on a purchase directly from Lenovo. Sounds like they are really good at bait and switch sales at that company, as most people would never even know to think (much less how to find) to confirm their specs.

Same thing happened to me just last week on this T16 mode via the Lenovo Outlet. I ordered the QHD screen, 2TB and 32GB RAM, they shipped me a FHD crap screen and only a 512GB SSD. It did have 32Gb RAM though. I called and they sent me a return label and it's already on it's way back. I really want this laptop for work but I'm afraid they will mess it up again, although this model number is different than the incorrect one. Should I do it, is the question.
On a side note, I do not see anywhere on the ebay listing that specifically states this has the 1600p screen unless I am missing something?

same situation here. But only 16 GB memory. Product # is correct 21CHS06E00. Had to return.
I also received a lower spec ThinkPad than what I ordered from Lenovo Outlet:
512 GB SSD instead of 2TB, 1920x1200 instead of 2560x1600. The order support person said I can return it for a refund but that they cannot honor what they originally sold me. Disappointing. The display, which I'm assuming was 300 nit 45% NTSC, was not impressive. I don't like buying computers, which is why I wanted something well made that will last several years. Maybe I can get another year out of my Dell.

you got $800 worth of laptop, just a mislisting error
Those fully loaded 2TB/32GB/QHD would be close to $1200
