$20 is a great off season deal on this $60 unit.
$20 usually only buys you a
1L capacity without any humidistat control.

I think I prefer the reputable name brand with warranty over the unknown alphabet soup brand on Amazon.

Wow that's a great price. This is the best humidifier. Note all these ultrasonic humidifiers are throwaways imo unless you use distilled water. This one has the uvc too which is nice, and the big plus, the tank is simple and easy to clean. Anything with a complex tank just gets gross and you can't clean it. You can do okay if you use distilled only

Had this for three winters and it's very good. Gotta clean it when it says to clean it but it just takes a dab of vinegar, a q-tip and 30 seconds. Super quiet, great output.

I don't know what your criteria for better is, but I can guarantee that the one you listed will get much more disgusting and difficult to clean.

This one is ok in that the tank is a basic shape and the tube looks to be moderately annoying to clean

This model does not appear to have a humidistat - just 3 mist settings and a timer.

i've tried a few top fill units and they tend to leak at the seam. the water is held in there with surface tension. def don't recommend around kids

Went through 3 different humidifiers until I found the quietest one.

These things make such a distinct whining noise at night. All the expensive to cheap ones made noises that was annoying except for the one in the link.

I have not so good experience with Levoit customer service. My humidifier died in 2 months and they refused to honor the warranty as I didnt use distilled water. I had to chuck it finally. Sharing for awareness.

These things are so inconsistent. They do their job but even the ultra-silent ones made annoying noises too.

Had this for less than a week and it already died, the power adapter is flimsy and prone to breaking easily. Would return it but it probably be more headache to get a refund via eBay.
