If you youtube 5600 vs 5600x vs 5700x3d it's easy to see the increase in FPS with the 3D chip is negligible. I want a CPU that increases frames as much as anyone else. But lots of reviewers will say the improvement is minimal to say the least.
About 5% fps is what I saw on game benchmarks. Not worth throwing a 100 bucks for that.
That 100 can go towards a better GPU or faster memory that a non-3D AMD chip can work better with.
I've run 11 on my 6700K since 11 was in beta and it's been perfectly fine… well… no problems that could be attributed to the processor used, anyway. (It's still Windows 11.)
But yes, you'd likely see massive gains in nearly everything you do.
