I have wondered about 3rd party testing my creatine since I did buy bad whey from NWN on ebay. But monohydrate I'm much less worried about.
Some people being so sarcastic like redditors who never had any success in life except dunking on others online - isn't persuasive when trying to use italics and smarmy statements like "look how bad this is" - I'm not an idiot thanks. But I am open to trying other creatine that are tested.
Someone mentioned BulkSupplements

Cert is here for what it's worth.
And that's just what I needed to see in order to not purchase it. Nauseating. Shame. It seems like decent stuff. Made in Germany is awesome. They also really go in to detail on their quality testing page https://www.creapure.com/en/creapure/how-quality-and-purity-creapure-guaranteed. Even though it doesn't appear that they do 3rd party testing?
Puori just released a Creatine product in the past week (Creatine +Taurine). I ordered it earlier this week. Arrives on Friday. It's 3rd party tested (just like their protein powder). And I have yet to see any religious compliance nonsense on their website thank f*ck. Seems like they're skipping the fairy tales and sticking to reality. And producing a clean product free of the garbage that's in so many other cheaper alternatives. 60 servings for $30 LOL. $25 with a subscription.

Physical Benefits:
Increased Muscle Mass: Creatine helps muscles produce more energy during high-intensity exercise, which can lead to greater muscle growth and strength gains over time.
Improved Exercise Performance: It enhances performance in high-intensity, short-duration activities such as weightlifting and sprinting by increasing phosphocreatine stores in muscles.
Faster Recovery: Creatine supplementation can help reduce muscle damage and inflammation, leading to quicker recovery after intense exercise.
Enhanced Strength: Regular use of creatine is linked to improved strength, which is beneficial for both athletes and older adults aiming to maintain muscle mass.
Increased Hydration: Creatine draws water into muscle cells, improving cellular hydration, which can enhance performance and muscle size.
Cognitive Benefits:
Improved Brain Function: Creatine can enhance brain energy availability, which may improve cognitive functions such as memory and intelligence, especially during demanding mental tasks.
Neuroprotection: Some studies suggest that creatine may have protective effects on the brain, potentially reducing the risk of neurodegenerative diseases.
Enhanced Mental Fatigue Resistance: Creatine supplementation may help reduce mental fatigue during prolonged cognitive tasks, contributing to better overall mental performance.
Better Mood: There is evidence that creatine may help alleviate symptoms of depression, possibly by enhancing brain energy metabolism and reducing oxidative stress.
With all that said, I only use Creapure products per the recommendation of a friend who owns a supplement company. It ensures strict quality standards for a few more dollars. It's the creatine gold standard.

Tl;Dr, please don't be fooled by all the extra glam. Creatine monohydrate doesn't need extra anything.
I've heard similar things, in the past. I found this informative:
Common questions and misconceptions about creatine supplementation: what does the scientific evidence really show?
https://www.ncbi.nlm.ni
"In summary, the current body of evidence does not indicate that creatine supplementation increases total testosterone, free testosterone, DHT or causes hair loss/baldness."
