.... as a GT1 owner, my only regret is not buying a GT2. 👍
edit- GT1 is also on sale for $1500 and is worth every penny
Same price it's been. GT1 still $1500 but it's STILL out of stock. Nothing new here àt all. GT1 WAS still available through Amazon via segway for $1800ish last time I checked. Interesting segway continues to have this item on sale for $1500 on their own site but continues to be out of stock but it's still available via Amazon from segway for $1800. Nothing new here at all.
Have not rode the others... but it is worth it. There is a reason it won best of 2024. It's big... I would equate this more to a moped than your standard electric scooters. I ride mine in with traffic (35mph) all the time to get where I'm going. Just passed 500m on my GT1

Is it more stabile with some kind of gyro or something? Is there special braking so you don't fly over the front of it during extreme braking?

For this price a moped makes more sense to me, or even an ebike.
I have both a higher end e-bike and two higher end scooters. They have different applications, even in town. If I'm alone and want to make good time I normally take my bike but if I want a more casual or social trip the scooters are great. I'm sure there are other differences and opinions too.

The ride is extremely smooth other than the clunk I get in my front shock, and I got mine 8 months ago. Support wants a video recording of the clunk to prove it's having an issue, which is a bit extreme to ask instead of just taking it in to a shop to verify.
Extreme breaking has lead me to have to lay down my GT1 when a car decided to not stop at a stop sign. Little to no damage to the scooter but my leg dragged a bit. Wear protection when using a super-class scooter.
My friend let me ride his GT1 😵 💫 That thing is insane. I can't imagine anybody wanting even more with GT2 or other "super-scooters".
And it's so huge and heavy (literally 100lb) at it kinda defeats the purpose of having a folding scooter. You might as well just buy an e-bike.

Or likely will be, enjoy the loophole while it lasts!
