About a month max. I have seen blog posts out there that it can be hardwired if you are willing to put in some wiring in your own

They didn't fully think through the power aspect of this device...it is a good device actually, camera, programming, keypad all work great, but they put in a small battery that doesn't actually allow you to use all those services unless you are willing to run out every few week, undo a tiny screw to get the battery out, then let it charge for 8 to 10 hours.

I ended up buying a 2nd battery to swap mine out, and turned off the camera and motion detection as the keypad and being able to program it via my phone was the most important to me...and using it that way the battery lasts 2ish months.

I'd buy and install a Ring video doorbell way before installing this thing. I don't let people into my house through the garage. It also sounds like the battery depletion is excessive, every two weeks.

As others have said, this is a very good product but the battery charging is a PIA. It last at least a month for us with quite a few users. You do need a subscription to keep video files and charging it takes quite a while. I haven't checked in a while but if they sold spare batteries and/or a fast charger that would really help.
