I got this when it was $2. Even though this isn't the best price it's still a great deal. The youth at my church love this game.

If I could only pick three "party games" for all ages on the switch: Mario Kart 8, Smash Bros, and Boomerang Fu. It really is that good.

For sub $5, easy recommendation. There is no [good] solo experience, but two-four people it is fantastic.

Thanks for all the great reviews. My kids found a small indie game called "Bopl Battle" that they loving playing co-op family game nights on their computers while my wife and I play on Steam Decks. The videos for this give off a similar vibe, except top down instead of side-view levels.

Looked up Boomerang FU on Steam and it was $15, but checked CDKeys.com and found it for $0.79. We've got 4 kids and the max player limit is 6, so this sounds like the perfect family game night game. I'm excited to try it out!

To add to all the praise, our family LOVES this game, as well as my adult friends. It's just all laughter and taunting and fun. I love how the simple power-ups "stack" which adds to the chaos (ex: if you have multi-boomerang, and get exploding boomerang, now you have multi-exploding boomerangs) For a game we can play together this beats out Mario Kart, Smash Bros, etc. in our house.

It even supports six players!

I got it once on a $2 deal but I see there's new DLC I want to get just to support the devs.

I bought this this weekend and it is so much fun. My 5 and 9 year olds absolutely love hide and seek mode. We bought the Just Desserts DLC, too. My 5yo likes the battle mode more than my 9yo. We liked playing teams against bots.
