The promotion did not specify the year needs to be based on one Earth year. A year on Mercury is 88 days.

My great grandpa, Pappy 'Cannon-Ball' Thurmond .... (The last known surviving U.S. Civil War soldier) was bedridden and pretty much on his last few breaths when I saw this tremendous slick deal! I barely uttered the letters A&W, which seemed to stoke GG Pappy from what seemed like a years-long coma to what I can only describe as a miraculous awakening. He turned to me from his gurney bed and with piercing eyes, asked me...."Did you just say A&W root beer float FREE!?" Well, It did not take him long to sit up, pivot from the mattress and put on his prosthetic wooden leg and we were off to the local A&W (which was unfortunately about 712 mi from the house).

My grandfather-in-law is 102 and my grandmother-in-law just turned 100 (my wife is going to faaaaaar outlive me). I'll need to see if we've got any locations near us and try and make a trip out of this deal
