If you intend on deadlifting, clean and jerk etc basically any exercise that involves dropping the weight,'you want bumper.

Ohhh, I was gonna say mehhh deal, $1/lb is a dime a dozen.

But I guess this is technically a 415lb total weight set. Makes it a bit more attractive.

I paid this much for just the weights a year back - as from the other thread these are not the best plates but they will be fine as you get started. They come in separate packages, so make sure you wait a bit before thinking they're missing.

These have the rounded hubs so that's the ones you want. Got the 370 set over a year ago from Walmart and they arrived in perfect condition and held up great.

Yup, droppable and also quiet. Downside is the big size compared to iron, but if you're not lifting a lot, it doesn't really matter.
