If you are playing for switch games and need gyro you probably want the "Bluetooth" version for switch (also has 2.4 ghz dongle support) which is slightly more expensive and comes only in black and white. That one has Nintendo switch button layouts and has gyro and a big battery and has hall effect.

If you wish you can get 8Bitdo dongles that allow you to use the xbox controller for other consoles, especially the one starts with "N".
Be careful that their dongle does not provide battery indicator(I guess that make sense because other consoles treat it like a wired controller).
