What's the life expectancy of anyone? You never know when the reaper will come knocking.
People in Japan consume noodles like this far more frequently, but their life span and overall health are better. Life expectancy isn't determined by a single factor. On a side note, you don't have to drink the soup. You can enjoy the flavor and noodle and toss the soup. Or, if you want to get most out of your money, you can save the soup and use it as a base for a different meal later (e.g. rice soup, veggie soup)
They are tasty, one of my favorite cheap instant noodles. But you already know the answer to if these are healthy, they arent, 99% of instant ramen isnt. If youre concerned about the container, just put it in a real bowl.

$4.20 otd with max s&s. It gives an error if I try to clip the coopin a 2nd time, but the check box doesn't disappear. Odd. This 15% coopin seems to be different from the regular chicken bricks coopin, as I was able to use both. Thanks for the share!

*edit- refreshing a minute later the check mark for the coopin disappeared. Anyone else confirm that it's 1x use and is separate from the brick chicken coopin? tia

these are probably tasty? But What's the average life expectancy of people who eat these regularly? Are those cups also coated in plastic?
Maybe

Average life expectancy for a user is about 34.5 years.

When a person reaches that age, they will all start to drop dead within a few weeks time.

These are obviously high in sodium, containing 58% of the recommended daily value. Sodium is an essential nutrient. Having too little can result in dehydration and too much can lead to hypertension. If you ate an otherwise low sodium diet, you could probably eat these on a relativelty regular basis with little negative impacts. It is a processed food so eating fresh fruits and vegetables would be much better. I believe the cup is made of paper. As for the coating, I don't know why it would be different from the coating on any other paper cup.

Every ramen deal it's always the same thing. These are really high in sodium and it's not healthy to eat this.

like yea, we get it. that's a trade off for a cheap and fast food. I like this stuff sometimes when it's super cold or have a soup craving or just want to eat something fast and at less than a dollar each which is rare nowadays what's not to like. especially when a lunch is in the ballpark of 20 dollars at a restaurant now

I'm trying to stock up on food now while it's reasonably priced seeing as everything is getting more and more expensive nowadays. Call me crazy but I like at least having a supplement of non perishable food that happens to be not ideal nutritionally rather than not.

You don't have to add the entire flavor packet. And you'll lose almost no flavor, but will significantly cut down on the sodium
