any recommendations on a good one with low sodium for iso?
I'm an unflavored guy, and typically recommend my clients always buy unflavored proteins (and to grab some fun flavoring sugar/sodium free water packs out of Dollar General if you are the finicky taste type that absolutely needs flavoring to down a shake. Half of one of those can usually be enough. Welch's or Jolly Rancher for example are pretty popular ones). Keeping in mind the essentially unregulated amount of protein you are buying is being sold by total weight, and that is subtracting total protein content (by far the most expensive production ingredient) anytime it's putting anything else in there.
Now Sports Isolate is my typical go to these days (on most supps too). Trust them more then most at actually meeting a no nonsense protein label claim, and it will routinely go on sale if you watch for it (the 10lbs was $94 shipped for my own restock last week. Won't get posted here as though being unflavored).
Just switching Dymatize flavors on that same line is also an option too I guess. As chocolate in general is typically going to always be the worst as far as sodium and fillers go, and "coincidentally" see the most sales. Their popular Fruity Pebbles basically cuts that sodium total in half fwtw.
