Thanks for the heads-up. That's not really a $100 eShop card for $80 though as you are spending $100 out of pocket and the $20 ExtraBucks is only good there on a future purchase. Plus CVS is known for being rather overpriced on stuff in general. Just saying.

True, but if you're going to buy medicine or something else over $20, then it equals out to $80. I usually wait for the Costco $100 for $80 deal, but they haven't had it for a while. This is the closest I've seen.

Yeah, 20% off is about the most you ever see -- at least from an authorized source anyway. Not a Costco member here, nor am I looking to spend that much right now anyway even if it were available. For what it's worth Dollar General will occasionally run a gaming gift card promo (including Nintendo eShop) at like 15%-20% off (including smaller denominations) and I've loaded up there before. Maybe they will offer something along these lines for Father's Day as they have done it in the past. Fingers crossed I guess.

I just did this today -- the store had no info about the promotion, but I found it in the phone app... I wanted to make sure the offer was still valid.

Now I just need to figure out what to spend $20 on at CVS...
