Effect of inflation, I guess.
Also for time machine jokes ... I am just sharing info, not asking to wait/not buy for someone who thinks it's a good deal.
Not the same charger. Woot also had usb c / usb a version for $10 two months back.

When it's 68W, does this mean it cannot charge 65W like ThinkPad ? What about charging cellphones?

It will do 60W on single port charging. It will charge a 65W laptop but you'll get a notification saying charger is not optimized

OK thanks, its hard to keep track of all these wattage and other information on chargers because more and more have different specs and sometimes one won't charge your phone at fastest speed because it won't support the wattage at the required Amp. Something about chargers charging only certain watts and not automatically adjust to what decide needs. I forgot what they are called.

I have a 65W Thinkpad T14 Gen 1 running Fedora and I charge it with the 60W port on this charger and it seems to run fine. Maybe it's an issue with the OS (non-Windows) but I don't get a "not optimized" warning like another comment suggested.

When I charge it with the 18W port, however, I *do* get a notice saying it's charging at low power.

Thanks, I use my son's chromebook thinkpad sometimes, it's 45W, my thinkpad seems to be happy with that, anything lower is probably too low. I don't know the consumption of T14, though.

I don't understand use one of these on phones? Not going to change any faster than most cheaper ones.

Depends on the phone and depends on the cheap charger you're comparing to.

If you have a 27W tablet and a 20W phone this is a very good option for fastest charging of both simultaneously.

Apples and oranges here, but this thread reminded me to pick up another Lenovo 65W charger on eBay for less than $15.

Quick question. Are you still able to charge fine when using the 60w port with say a phone on the other port? I read that it's 50w to the laptop. I don't need optimal charging...just as long as I can use my laptop for daily tasks whilst charging a phone.
