If you focus more on portraits and general photography with less emphasis on wide-angle shots, the 28-70mm lens might be more suitable:-)

isn't 18-55 an apsc lens? why would you use that on ff camera?
optical quality along if you really wanna compare, 28-70 is quite a bit better than 18-55. sony's dated 18-55 is terrible.

Also this deal is not a deal at all. terrible price.
