Hmm interesting. My Costco next offer is $147
The $147 is the lesser battery one. You gotta look for the bigger battery one thats $132.

Curious why you need this other than during hiking maybe?
Sort of an odd niche you came up with, but power banks are good for any time you don't have access to car or wall power but want to use more than normal daily battery for your device. Hiking for sure, the beach, travel, power outages, almost any outdoor stuff. I'm in the army and sometimes have to spend the day outside, a bank helps my phone not be dead.

Now THAT is one nice power brick, crazy expensive though geeze. I just got one of those ROMOSS 40,000mah bricks for I think it was $40 on sale. I couldn't justify spending that much for this. Plus only 1 USB-A and 2 USB-C ports?

Personally I use it as my go to for OTG / Travel Mobile use with the Apple Vision Pro… I find I get a stable power source when pushing AVP to its limits… AVP pulls a max 96W and the Anker 27k handles the consistent draw quite well.

Caveats:

* Not really pocketable, but on the plane, vehicle, or stationary pretty much anywhere I find it keeps a steady power draw w/o overheating, extending my usage quite nicely.

* Also I purchase from Best Buy and It wasn't the initial stock from Anker, they're were earlier versions that didn't perform as well, and if you have to go to Anker direct to return, it can be a pain.

*** Final Thoughts Re: 27k Power Bank

It allows for firmware updates and I believe there has been (2) already; which I appreciate as I paid $189+tax without magnetic base charger. The firmware update option made me feel comfortable as that most likely would've helped keep my Anker 737 - 24k from failing
(Btw still awaiting warranty replacement from Anker direct) - 24 month warranty on both when Retail purchased (Amazon, Best Buy etc)
Sometime Costco Next can be different depending on product. Check r/Anker (reddit)

The Costco Next price was 131 when I checked earlier added it to the cart and forgot to checkout. Now the price went back to 188.

One spam call during checkout and my mind jumped on to another thing (Cursing myself for next 2 days)

Boo, just got this at $188 from Costco Next, which I thought was an okay deal. They now have it (including base) at $132 (don't think I can give a direct URL).

Like Anker a lot, but wish they wouldn't play these random pricing games from week to week.
When I just looked, it was $187.99.

I have the 20K one and when using it to charge my MacBook it goes from full down to about 55% then claims it's completely discharged. Noticed it only after the return window at Amazon closed or I would have gotten it exchanged. Does make me wonder about the quality.

Or get the non-wireless charging version of this power bank for $88 right now on Amazon. With a 100watt charger and USB-C to USB-C connection, mine charges at 80watts and goes from 0 to 100% in slightly over an hour - I'm sure wireless charging speed is MUCH slower.
