One of the reviews says you have to unscrew the lid to take a drink. It looks like it's also compatible with different lids if you want to purchase one. "Universal cap system: This bottle is compatible with most caps in the CamelBak family. Eddy+, Chute Mag, Carry Cap, Hot Cap, Pak Cap."

I travel ALOT and have been looking for the perfect everyday carry bottle. I was using the mag chute heavily, but still ended up just removing the cap entirely to drink.
The cap is a simple screw on/off. There are no spouts, straws, etc. The threads are on the outside of the bottle so, when screwed on, the lid keeps the part that touches your mouth from being exposed (to germs, etc).
There are no protruding handles, nozzles, spouts, whatever. When the handle is nested in the lid, the bottle makes a perfect right circular cylinder. It fits nicely in the interior water bottle pocket of my carry on totebag without being awkward. Also fits well in exterior water bottle pocket of my backpack. I don't have to worry about knocking the guy sitting on the isle on the airplane with some random part of my water bottle lid. Flip the lid out, and it is useful as a normal handle, with a carabiner, etc.
I have a 4Runner and the bottle will fit in the cupholder if I remove the plastic/rubber insert.
There is nothing to attach the lid to the rest of the bottle. Once unscrew the lid, you either have to set it down somewhere or hold it while you drink. That's probably not ideal for sports or activities.

They just released a new line of podium hard insulated bottles that have a special version with a breather tube so you can drink without needing to squeeze. I love those caps and they fit on my other camelbak bottles.
