So do you get the new account discount via email? And does it stack?

Edit: yes, you receive the $20 new account discount via email, but I haven't found a way to stack it with SUMMER20

Edit 2: Bose customer service confirmed you can't stack

I have these from a previous Verizon slick deal— they are awesome. Contrary to what other folks are saying I don't think the microphone performance is that good. I use native Mac microphone as input and this as output device in work calls.

I travel for work often. I am looking for the absolute best noise cancellation headset that will 1) reduce airplane jet engine noise 2) connect to my iPhone/ipad during flight.

Is this Bose headphone to get for my needs?

I currently own a older Sony headset series XM2, it was purchased about 4 years ago

Has the technology improved to provide better noise cancellation and lastly, is this (Bose) comfortable to wear on a lengthy 5 hour flight? My current Sony causes my ears to hurt after a couple of hours.
