Of course natural foods have sugar but not 62g of it in a 12 oz cup. One lemon has 1.5g of sugar. A cup of blueberries are 15g of sugar. Still no where close to the whopping 62G.

All the guys worried about Sugar, you can tell not to add sugar at the store. Also, natural sugar isn't as harmful which is found in fruits.

You can substitute a Stevia based sweetener for the turbinado (sugar). For the 20oz smoothie, there are 37g of added sugar, so that's what you would likely remove. Keep in mind, the free smoothie is 12oz, not 20oz, so you're probably looking at something like 130 cal, 30g sugar in the free 12oz with Stevia instead of sugar.

😔 This reminded me. I knew someone who drank soda every day of his adult life. When he got older he got diabetes. He still wouldn't stop consuming sugar. He eventually had to get all 4 limbs amputated. 😔

My mind turned on sugar and sugar foods so fast after I saw what he went through.

84 grams of sugar?! I'd rather eat a whole box of HoHos over a week to be honest rather than basically drink a diabetes smoothie in one sitting

Let's correct some math here… sigh…

12oz = 50g sugar

And as I mentioned before you can ask for no sugar or as much as you want. I asked for half.

So yeah just kind of bizarre to me that someone is fear mongering this 84g of sugar thing when this is one of the only places in the world that you can actually remove it lol.

Made this comment just to say jeez people you're not drinking this everyday 😂 of course it has sugar in it but everything in moderation. A little smoothie every once in a while isn't going to hurt you and give you diabetes. Chill people
