Lmao everyone trying to offload their DJI drones cuz they're gonna be banned. This is like the 3 or 4th DJI deal since the vote last Thursday.

I shouldn't say they're for sure going to be banned or if the sale of future DJI products will be banned in USA but it sure is looking grim something will happen

Why the concern? Asking for a friend. Last I heard, the US gov't is only wanting to ban Tic Toc. Do these drones use Tic Toc on the backend? LMAO

Legislation was just passed a few days ago in the House. Now it's in the Senate.

Countering CCP Drones Act [congress.gov]

There are wildly differing opinions as to whether the result will be a lockdown on flying any DJI drone or just a ban on future sales. I'm not smart enough to know what is possible from a lockdown perspective, seems to me there are plenty of people smart enough to find workarounds but who knows?

I have a mini 2 and love it, I'd buy the 4 pro at this price point with no reservations. Doubt the legislation actually gets implemented for at least a a few years. I'm willing to take the chance, too bad this was Singapore...
