The unit itself is good, takes up less space than my 17 year old Samsung washer & gas dryer. Each load will take 4-5 hrs usually to complete but you can program it to run overnight to avoid the wait. Smartthings app will tell you when your wash is complete.

Thanks for the info on the time it takes to wash and dry. I was expecting 2 to 3 hours not 4 to 5. Still not bad for it to handle it all over night. I know I'd love to not have to stay up later to put it in the dryer
Believe me i know the perils here, I used to work at Samsung, its a miserable place to work for as well.
They denied me warranty request on a laptop i bought at retail less than a year in while i was working there full time!
At this price, im just gonna squirrell away ~500 bucks for eventual repair/replacement cost. will be keeping both my dryer n washer in basement.
fwiw this seems to be the consensus best of breed in terms of features... will see long term.

I love the idea of all in one, but I'm going to wait for a couple years until we're a few generations in.
