$.56/wh (watt hour) is not a slick price. anything above $40/wh is not a deal, imo. soon it will be $.30/wh.
Where and when have you ever seen this sell for $410 (40c/kwh) or even $510?

we're talking slickdeal here, not lowest price seen. lowest price seen doesn't mean it's gotten to the price it should be. damn, slickdeals is way to littered with faux deals. the d2 max extra battery is $1099 at ecoflow right now. ridiculous. it's $799 at qvc and has been for a month at least. ecoflow wouldn't even match their price for me last week. so i bought it from qvc. if customers don't start getting aggressive with their buy prices, vendors will just keep selling them priced over what they should be.

Thinking about the trash tax ran by politicians to attack China (fark that, nobody in the US even have the technology or are willing to enter this market to benefit from these attacks), the battery and solar price will soon be higher. The US is becoming more and more aggressive on international trade these days just like how it behaved 30 years ago when Japan was gaining technology advancements over America. And this is with a the cost of average American's life, without the benefit to protect our domestic industry (there is NO green energy company in the US). These politicians are also raising racism just like what they did in 1980s which ends up with Japanese being killed and murdered purely because they are Japanese. Ironically during that time there were Chinese killed believed to be Japanese, and now there are Japanese and Korean killed believed to be Chinese…
Ugly truth. But be prepared everything made in China or even not are going more expensive because of demand and supply.

Highly unreliable unit, AC+USB will randomly shut off and their customer service knows about the bug but will run around circles (reset, upgrade to latest firmware, load check etc. etc.)...I am glad I was able to return within 30 days...do a quick google search to read more

I had my main sumpump running on this, and thank God the backup tookover in the middle of the night

my point was, right now it's not a deal until $.40/wh. but go ahead, marvel at this price if you want. it is not slick. now the $799 max 2 extra battery at qvc, that's a slickdeal. getting the overpriced d2 at amz & getting the extra battery too at qvc, at least drops your pricing to $.44/wh.
It migtht not be the cheapest out there, but the Ecoflow D2's a really good unit overall. My main gripe is the fan noise at loads over 400W. It can gracefully handle DC solar input from 12-60V / 15A up to 500W - which is a pretty good range for such a compact unit that can actually do 1800W continuous if needed. You can literally power multiple circuits in your house off these things using solar power day to day. Peak shave, even - although the D2's a little limited in the battery capacity department with 'only' 1kWh (in a portable ~28lb package)

Their app is also pretty good, too, and allows for a decent bit of customization/control for limiting charging/discharging rates and thresholds. Can't say that for all the other offerings - but some are close competitors.

If you've had your eye out for one and you have an imminent need for it (e.g. upcoming camping trip / keeping a dc fridge going), this isn't a bad price for a D2...

yeah, one of the better newer models is the d2 max with double the d2 power. i just got it's extra battery for $799 ($.40/wh) to go with the d2. nice combo since i got the d2 for a great price over a year ago.

The QVC seems like a better deal, but if it is not lifepo4, I probably would pass on it.

the qvc $799 piece IS a lifepo4, extra battery. it attaches to a delta 2 or delta 2 max main unit. it doesn't work on it's own. if you have a d2 or d2 max, imo don't pass on this extra battery at qvc, it's 30% lower price then it's ever been. i'd hurry, it's been on sale for a month or more. their price will likely end soon. for those worried about buying from qvc, i did confirm with ecoflow via email that it does have the ecoflow 5 year warranty too. mine came in new condition, as it should. i drained, charged and recharged it twice already to break it in. all went well. in the ecoflow app, set the minimum charge to 10% and max to 90%. then drain it down to 10% and recharge it up to 90% every few months if not using it. https://www.qvc.com/ecoflow-delta...sted&qq=mh

Then the delta 2 with battery for $1078 seems like a good deal making the extra battery only $500 instead of $700 from qvc if you don't have the leading unit yet

Why is that slick price for you? Like what calculations and determinations are you using to define $.40 as the "deal" price?

What options are cheaper for comparable functionality and quality?
