Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is technically not "augmented reality" since it in no way is interactive with the real world? Honestly I kind of like the idea of it. I bet it'd be great if you're on the go and have DeX or small tablet to plug into.

I think these days, anytime you have a screen and can still see what's going on on the side, they called it mixed reality or augmented. But I agree it would be great for train or plane rides. So you don't hurt your neck looking down the whole time. A phone will do. doesn't have to be a tablet, although it'll drain your battery because this doesn't have a battery and relies on whatever it's plugged into.
