It actually says the Double Char Cheeseburger is free, you have to spend $5 on something else like fries or drinks to get the burger. A pretty good deal, but not exactly what the OP mentioned. Regular price here in So. Cal is $8.69 plus tax. IMO, a ridiculous price for a burger at a fast food restaurant, but that's par for the course these days. I'd rather have an In-N-Out Double Double for less money, but that's just me.

I decided to just sign up for the new account promo that says buy a drink get the char burger free. But after putting the code, it's not showing up on the new account. Hopefully it shows up soon?

I've done this before. I think it took about 24 hous to get the free burger to show up on the App.

Same. Odd they advertise it on their website and then you jump through all their hoops for 15 minutes including sharing your phone number only to realize you'll be going to In and Out anyway…

Mmm it goes beyond that for me. In n Out is great but whenever Habit has promos like this, I'll take them all day long over in n out. If habit priced their stuff the same as in n out it would be no contest. Habit burgers are broiled over flame. The taste is unmatched. Their fries and house drinks are far better too.

Also in SoCal and agree on In N Out.
I've actually never had Habit Burger and there's one about 2 miles from me so I should download the app to get the free burger with a drink and see if I've been missing anything

If you've never waited more than 10 minutes at In N Out you are a very lucky person!
I love them but at some of the locations in LA I really have to wait and that's assuming I can find a parking spot lol
