With a 3.5mm wired connection yes. The only restricted Xbox headsets are wireless or USB.

N00b question - This or the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7P that was just on SlickDeals for $120?

I've been meaning to research headphones and want something that is also high quality for audio as well. (I know "high quality" is VERY subjective" but something maybe up to $500ish.

Update: Doing some quick research (trying to hurry in case sell out) and Arctis Pro same to have better audio in general. (https://www.rtings.com/headphones...shold=0.10)

Also since I'm considering wired, now looking at the other headphone deal here on SlickDeals "HIFIMAN Edition XS Over-Ear Planar Magnetic Wired Headphones"

The ear pad cushions will degrade over the years. They offer to replace them at regular price. They are cheaply stitched.

Absolute waste of money. Bought two of these and both broke due to a serious design flaw that SteelSeries doesn't cover after warranty…. Buyer beware.
