I bought a foam cannon off Amazon for around 18 bucks and used it a few times, and then decided it is almost more work and time to set up the foam cannon and then clean it out vs just soaping the car by hand. A major misconception is that you can just foam the car, let it "dwell" and then rinse. Reality is you still need to physically scrub everything to get the dirt off, so since you need to go over the car with a wash mitt anyway, might as well just do it with your soapy water and then rinse. But it is indeed fun to foam with a cannon if you want to play with it. It also uses a lot more of your soap just FYI

I like this style of foam cannon much better than the narrow taller ones. Easier to fill and less likely to tip (these are very top heavy when empty).
I highly recomend Carpro Reset. You use a very small amount and dilute down so its very economical and does a great job.
