I have the Black version of this vacuum, I upgraded to it from Roomba i7 + Braava combination.

As a mopper this think is absolutely awesome, but its pretty weak where the vacuum suction is concerned. It does well enough on hard floors but on plush carpet - it seems to struggle (constantly leaving little dog toy fuzzies for me to pick up by hand after). I'm guessing Roborock knows this because they've since released several "big brothers" to this design that all have much higher suction ratings. Still, it does a pretty great job on all of my hard floors and does make nice looking "clean tracks" on carpet for the illusion that its clean.
The Q Revo S has higher suction and lifts the mops higher when it's vacuuming carpet. I did read that it has a smaller dustbin (edit: 330ml vs 350ml, so a pretty small change), since the motor is bigger. Also this Costco version (QX Revo = Q Revo) comes with extra accessories. Roborock has too many models...

Looking around more, at least some people claim the S is less noisy when emptying into the dustbin, and it's easier to remove the sensor on the mop washing tray for cleaning (https://www.reddit.com/r/Roborock...q/l5l5kcu/)

Here's the Walmart link for the S for anyone who's interested:

Got this last time around to replace my older Neato vacuum this thing it awesome. We run it as vacuum every day, 2 dog home, and mope every 2 days. The self emptying is worth it alone. The route mapping is very good and using virtual walls in app is great. I would not hesitate to buy again at this price.

Thanks for the review. I was hoping this would be better than our roomba 7 for picking up dog hair but sounds like I'll need to hold off.

Have this from last sale. Been using it every day and it is amazing. 2 toddlers 2 dogs and it's good knowing that at least floors are clean every morning.

I've had this model for ~8 months. One of the best purchases I've ever made. Mopping and suction power is terrific. Obstacle avoidance and mapping is also very good. Brush is easy to clean, and it's easy to refill and empty mop water. I honestly have no complaints.

I read a lot of complaints about the robot leaving a huge gap with edge and corner mopping. Can anyone here with the robot confirm this?

it does leave gaps on the edge/corners, i think Q Revo Pro (2024 release version) addresses it with an extendable mop, but would be several hundreds $ more.
However, I'm still very happy with my purchase of Q revo couples of months ago.

Upgraded to this from a roomba j7+ and so far I like the mopping feature the most. My floor feels much cleaner. The only con I found is the object avoidance feature, it doesn't do well with cords and cables. So far I have had one incident when it caught the thread of my kitchen sink mat and rip off the cover of that mat.
