You have to check the particular games, but these are steam keys and provide a code you redeem on Steam.
I got both games and it worked perfectly.

The second game is trilogy + KotCS, and seems to have created some new levels for the trilogy to play through that are different from the first game.
I decided to just go for the first game, and Pirates of the Caribbean (which is the first 4 movies). Much cheaper than buying directly via Steam ($4.99/each), and they were Steam Worldwide keys that worked.
Lego Harry Potter, Lego Lord of the Rings, and Lego Star Wars (Complete Saga one) are also notable entries to look into. Lego Hobbit I wouldn't recommend since it's only the first 2 movies out of the 3. As for Lego Marvel and Lego DC, Lego Jurassic World...that's all preference.
