or i believe you can set the battery pickup at another store, and never pick it up. after 7 days the item is cancelled on its own, and returned to stock

IMHO the easy way is just order them both for pickup, return the battery on your next trip, unless you don't live near the store. They've made split ordering much more difficult and some stores are a pain about returning un-picked up items so I just order it all to one now. This is a crazy deal tbh, thinking about buying it and getting the new hammer drill basically free after selling my old one and the impact/cutoff, probably could keep the batteries and still come out at around 0 out of pocket in the end.

Should add "Hack" to OP's heading. It's still an awesome deal, but when I first read it thought that it was the price with the 2 batts

It is 2 battery, the battery you return with hack is 3rd battery

I was just looking at the M12 cut off tool today. And a lot of reviews say the cut off tool overheats and shuts off. I have the Ryobi equivalent cut off tool and was using it a couple of days ago in the garage and it as well overheats and shuts off as well no matter what size battery you use from a 3Ah HP, 4Ah to a 9Ah HP. It might not overheat so quickly if you are using it inside in an AC environment. They probably need to redesign the tools so it gets more airflow to the motor since both these brands spin at a very high rpm.

I've owned mine for 6 months and have used it several times, even to cut stone veneer. I use the XC4.0 battery, never had that issue

EDIT - I see now it's 3 batts and you return the third one. Yeah, that's an excellent deal with 2 batts included - and it's hard to find a standalone deal on the Milwaukee cut-off tool. Thanks!
